Terms and conditions
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. This allows time for you to get undressed (if
having a massage or wax) and to relax and enjoy a cup of tea before your treatment begins. If you
are having a manicure or pedicure, this will allow you time to choose a nail polish color.
We ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment
time. You may contact us by phone or email to cancel or reschedule your appointment or to let us
know if you will be late. We offer a grace period of 15 minutes, otherwise we will not be able to
accommodate your appointment. Late arrivals will result in shortened appointment time but you will
be charged the full fee for the treatment. Of course, we understand that emergencies arise, but
remember that we have booked your treatment time especially for you. No show appointments will
be charged 100% of the appointment fee. Repeated no shows require 50% payment in advance prior
to booking future appointments. We reserve the right to refuse appointments to clients with
repeated no shows.
Out of consideration for our other customers, we ask that you keep your mobile phone switched off
or on silent mode during your treatment.
Massage and waxing policy:
1. We ask that you disclose any prior medical concerns (such as allergies, pregnancy, etc.) or
medications, as some treatments may be contraindicated.
We will treat your personal information with the utmost confidentiality and care.

pressure or prefer your treatment to take place in silence, please do not hesitate to say so.
5. It is recommended to avoid any heat-based treatments (such as sauna, steam baths or
solarium) immediately prior to your treatment. It is also advisable to avoid these activities
for 24 hours after your treatment.
Manicure and pedicure services:
Regular polish applications may last in duration from 1 to 7 days depending on a number of factors,
including your lifestyle, health and following of maintenance instructions.
Phann Beauty does NOT guarantee the longevity of ANY regular polish product once your
appointment has been completed due to the varying factors explained above and the formulation
and manufacturer’s instructions on regular nail polish.
In regards to all *gel polish* services:
Gel Polish – often referred to as *Shellac* *Gel Color by OPI* - is a light-cured polish product that may
last a duration of 1-3 weeks depending your lifestyle, health and following of maintenance instructions.
However, there may also be additional complications in the application process, chemistry of the
product and other factors that may cause product breakdown (peeling, lifting, fading, wrinkling, etc).
Phann Beauty guarantees all Gel Polish applications for 3 days in which you may return to the Salon
to have a repair done FREE of charge. However, it is at our discretion. If we feel that your product
breakdown exceeds normal wear and tear you will be charged for the nail repair service.
Any additional repairs required outside of the 3-day time frame and prior to your next maintenance
appointment will be subject to a repair charge of 15 euros.
Please note that smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the salon.
No pets are allowed in the salon.
Expired gift cards are not valid and are not able to be refunded.
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. We regret that we cannot
accept opened products for returns.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for personal items brought with you to the salon. If you
have valuables, such as jewelry, we always advise leaving them at home or keeping them on you.
Please remember to take your items with you when you leave the salon.
